GHiSA Meeting, 13.08.2026

Last month, we had the pleasure of hosting a GHiSA meeting at the PHOENIX Research Centre in Hellerup, Copenhagen, Denmark. Prof. Hessel van der Zee, Dr. Colin Spence, Dr. Farida Benhadou, Prof. Ditte Marie Saunte and Prof. Gregor Jemec, all experts in hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) came together to shape the future of HS research and initiatives.

The meeting provided an excellent opportunity to exchange knowledge, share experiences, and discuss current challenges and future opportunities within HS research. Together, the group explored ways to strengthen international collaboration and advance research and initiatives that can ultimately improve the understanding and management of HS.

A special thank you to all participants for their valuable contributions, inspiring discussions, and continued commitment to advancing HS research and collaboration. We look forward to continuing this important work together.
